Çiftçinin hikayesi [çiftçi ve tarlası] Nasil bir oyuncusunuz?

The Story of the Parable of the Sower:

A farmer sows seed in a field:

Some seed falls on the paths, and the birds quickly eat it.

Some players have great potentials; but they do not let their potential grow; they miss their opportunities in sports because they fail to stay committed to their dreams. The worst player can become the best; if he keeps working. The best player can become the worst; Because they failed to stay committed.

Which kind of player are you?

Weeds in your field:

Some seed begins to grow in a place where there are too many weeds. The weeds choke and stop the growth of the plants; the plants die.
Some players start hanging out with the wrong people. These players are negatively influenced by their poor choice of friends. These players stop going to school, hockey practice and become lazy and they fail to take advantage of the opportunities in their lives and quit the sport. The choice of your friends make an impact in your life either positively or negatively.

Which player are you?

But other seed falls on good ground:

So, the plants grow well. The farmer has a great harvest from these plants.
Players need to plant seeds in their life by developing good work habits and discipline. These players will multiplied their skills by training hard, smart and often; by attending every practice; study hard in school. These players are winners, leaders, successful students and people.

Which player are you?

Coaching Thoughts:

In the end, it always comes down to how much a players want to succeed;
You can try to help players over and over again; Some you will not be able to help.
You can push players and want them to improve; But some times it just comes downto their commitment
You can do your best to be a positive influence; But some players will chose to be around bad people
Some players 100%, Other will give less;
Some players will multiply their skills others will not
