Turkey Wins First Game in History of Woman Hockey

		Ice Hockey women's national team in Latvia The Turkish women's national team will continue working in Latvia until December 10. Coach Keith McAdams stated that working in Latvia has contributed to the development of the athletes in a very positive way. Also exhibition games with Latvian teams have really strengthened the work the team has been conducting since months. The national team played three exhibition games so far. Although it was not an official competition, the victory over Saaga (8-1) was the first win in the national team's history. There are seven more games during the stay in Latvia. Apart from the games both goalkeepers as well as other athletes continue their intensive training program.
